It's been a while since my last post and that's primarily because I've not been running. Not since the Windsor Half Marathon anyway, instead I've had a couple of trips away including Paris and Las Vegas with a short stopover in Santa Monica, Los Angeles where I purchased a new pair of running shoes!!
I bought a pair of Ascics Nimbus 10's under the guidance of my Podiatrist. Hopefully they will do the trick and keep me relatively injury free.
Anyway, I'm back running again with almost 9 miles covered this week and feeling pretty good about things. I've got about 5 months before the 2009 London Marathon and very much looking forward to it.
