Back to Back Training
Yesterday was my first back to back training session although I wouldn't have known it. As part of my schedule, I'm running 4 times per week which means that at some point I have to run two sessions back to back. Yesterday was it, and I managed a 5km run in 26 minutes dead, the quickest I've done on the treadmill and pretty good considering that I'd set the machine with a slight incline. That's 11.2 miles covered this week and I've still got Fridays run to do.
