The Computer Says 'NO'

I got my letter the other day from the organisers of the London Marathon 2009, they've told me that I was unsuccesful in the ballot and that if I want a place I will have to run for charity again. It's not the end of the world, but I would have prefered to have got my place and simply made a donation to African Revival personally.

I've been a bit poorly recently with a stinking cold, been off work too which is most unusual for me. I'm recovering slowly and can't wait to get back out running and improve my pace. I really want to complete next years marathon in under 4 :30 who knows maybe even sub 4:15 or less!!! I'll need to put in some stonking training to achieve that but providing I'm injury free I'm willing to go for it.
